Introduction

Aimee Doreen is an abstract painter, who works with acrylic on canvas media. Aimee Doreen Art is a business that deals with the branding and marketing of the artist, Aimee Doreen.  

Our artist holds a passion for creating unique artworks that stir emotion. Aimee's creativity and imagination began with her earliest memories as a 3 year old. In school this creativity intertwined with a healthy rivalry and passion that took her to university where she studied a Bachelor of Contemporary Arts. Theoretical topics and painting became her favoured pursuits. 

According to Aimee Doreen, "the paintbrush has the ability to render images that link back to the imagination, subconscious and spirit of our innate human nature." 

Mid-way through university, Aimee Doreen focused on developing only one painterly technique. This style focuses on smaller details and intense colours. It was made by instinct rather than a revised plan. 

Aimee Doreen draws inspiration from the emotions of daily life, which intertwines just about anything, from abstract art to travelling and human interaction.

Each artwork can begin in different ways. A project can start with a certain colour, a memory, a feeling or a creative vision. If my materials and instincts do not lead the process, they often take over. This assists the artist to create something that is personally more rewarding than realistic images. Acrylic paints on canvas are used for most of the creations, which our team have started digitalising professionally and printing in fine quality.
